Jai is a licensed Indiana real Estate Broker with Keller Williams NE eager to represent the best interest of current and future homeowners. She's an Indianapolis, Indiana native and alumna of Broad Ripple High School. While attending Indiana University, she discovered an innate ability to connect with people and a sense of business savvy. Jai became a Licensed Cosmetologist, where she has successfully served as an independent business owner for over 20 years.

Jai attributes the longevity of her career to being client centered, sales motivated and adaptive to market trends.She understands the importance of providing consistent excellent customer service. Jai is honest, fun loving and hard working. Her work ethic makes her highly regarded among clients, as evidenced by word of mouth recommendations, and colleagues alike.

Jai is creative, a team player and seeks opportunity for growth. In her free time Jai enjoys volunteering with, and on behalf of at risk youth. She has worked alongside teachers and social workers to develop and deliver a Life Skills curriculum for local teens. Jai believes there is immense value in educating younger generations.
In addition she also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, writing and watching movies. all of which have a positive impact on her personal well being.
