A Northside Indianapolis native, and graduate from Ball State University, Kate Benson spent many years working with investment properties, where she received valuable real estate experience. In 2013, she included custom home building in The Bridgewater, where she managed home build process. Currently she is working with clients on notable projects on the newest Pete Dye course Holliday Farms in Zionsville, and newest build to the previous location of Home-A-Rama at Brookside in Westfield.
